Common questions

How do I start over?

Go to Settings › Reset progress. K67 deletes your answers, streaks, mock test results and licence choice from your phone, turns Haptics back on, then asks you to pick a licence again. Your appearance setting stays. You cannot undo a reset.

How do I change my licence code?

Go to Settings › Licence and pick Code 1 (motorcycle), Code 2 (light motor vehicle) or Code 3 (heavy motor vehicle). Your answers stay. An unfinished mock test keeps the code you started it with.

How do I switch between light and dark?

Go to Settings › Appearance and pick Light, Dark or System. System follows your iPhone's setting.

Can I turn off the vibration?

Yes. Go to Settings and switch off Haptics.

Does K67 need the internet?

No. All the questions and sign drawings come inside the app, so you can study with no signal and no data.

What happens if I leave a mock test?

K67 saves your answers, and the mock test's clock keeps running while you are out of the app. Open the Test tab to resume, or tap Abandon to delete the attempt without a score.

Will my progress move to a new phone?

K67 has no account and no server, so it cannot move your progress for you. Your progress lives on the phone where you studied.

How do I get a refund?

Apple processes refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose "Request a refund" and select K67. Read Refunds for your rights under the ECT Act.

I think a question is wrong. What do I do?

Email (turn on JavaScript to see the email address) with a screenshot of the question, or copy its wording. Tell us your licence code and why you think it is wrong. We check every report against the law and the sign specifications, and fix the question in the next update if it is wrong.

Is K67 linked to the government?

K67 is an independent study aid, not a government app, and not affiliated with the Department of Transport, the RTMC or NaTIS. Use it before your test. Do not take your phone into the test. natis.gov.za
